'Lightning combat'. Martial arts style from Indonesia en Malaysia, possibly
influenced by Kalaripayat en Vajramushti.
Traces of Chinese Wushu are also noticeablel. Similar to Karate the natural
weapons (Juru) and the vital points of the body are used. Among the weapons used
are the Kris and the Tjabang (comparable to the Sai from Okinawa). The teachers
are called Pendekar. Over the centuries more than 400 styles and schools
appeared.
